PROJECT CHALLENGES
With the owners and 4 dogs staying in the apartment during the remodel, we were required to keep the toilet, tub and shower operational during the entire remodeling, which meant that we had to keep reinstalling the toilet and shower system for their daily use.
Scope of work did not include plumbing, but because there wasn’t any shut off valves in the bathroom and the water had to be shut off from the building by the super, we installed shut off valves as a courtesy to the owners and building super.
An entire wall wall was painted a dark color and it took us one entire day to prime the wall so that the dark color did not permeate the new silver white paint color.
Client had ordered and purchased tile quantities that were incorrect and so we drove out to Floor and Decor in New Jersey late in the evening to purchase new tiles and correct quantities, rather than waiting and delaying the job for a reorder.
