First step is to request for an “Alteration Agreement” from your management office. Once you have obtained the agreement, forward us a copy and we will handle the rest and get you approved.

FH Builders offers a true one stop shop from architectural drawings and interior design rendering to managing and execution of any CO-OP/Condo renovation project, a true full services interior contracting firm.

You will have a dedicated Project Manager closely monitoring and making sure that every aspect of the project is appropriately managed. The Project Manager is a FH Builders employee who is responsible for every phase of your remodeling project once the project has a start date. Our Project Managers personally know and meet with all the trades’ people who will be working in your home. He or she manages and regularly inspects all work done by our trades’ people during construction. The Project Manager is available to you by phone, text messages, and email at all times.
