This project showcases FH Builders’ expertise in transforming a traditional Manhattan apartment into a luxurious and open-concept haven.

The Challenge: Convert a typical 2-bedroom apartment into a modern and functional living space with an open floor plan and a spa-like bathroom.

The FH Builders Solution:

  • Open Concept Living: Walls separating the kitchen and foyer were strategically opened up to create a bright and airy atmosphere.

  • Modern Kitchen Design: A stunning quartz countertop wrapped around the wall, seamlessly connecting the kitchen to the foyer. Pendant lighting added a touch of sophistication.

  • Luxury Bathroom Retreat: The bathroom was remodeled into a spa-like oasis featuring a modern shower with relocated plumbing, half-glass walls, a foldable shower stool, and multiple shower handles for convenience. High-end finishes included a sensor toilet, nickel-plated waterfall faucet, and a lighted recessed mirror.

  • Modern Touches: Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, new baseboards, door frames, doors with nickel-plated hardware, and recessed lighting throughout the apartment completed the ultra-modern aesthetic.

  • Smart Features: Lights were installed inside closets for added functionality.

  • Stylish Finishes: A covered radiator pipe with a custom cabinet and a gold-toned backsplash added a touch of elegance. Vinyl plank flooring and dropped ceilings provided a sleek foundation.
