Scope of Work

Renovation includes: Certificates of Insurance, Workers Compensation, Building Management Limited Alteration Agreement consultation and submittals, Design and Layout services.

  • Offer is valid for standard bathrooms (7’x 5′) or up to 40 square feet. Additional square footage available for purchase for an additional fee.
  • Demolition includes removal of tub, toilet, vanity/medicine cabinet, 4 walls and floor tile.
  • Installation includes:
    • New cement boards, new walls, waterproofing, and grouting.
    • New floor tiles or flooring up to 35 sq.ft., and new wall tiles up to 100 sq.ft.
  • Installation of new fixtures include:
    • Bathtub
    • Vanity, Sink and Faucet
    • Surface Mounted Medicine Cabinet
    • Vanity Light Fixture
    • Shower Head
    • Towel Bar, Tissue Holder, Towel Hook Set, Shower Rod
  • Ceiling and Wall Painting.
  • Demolition, waste removal and disposal services.
  • Renovation to be completed in approximately 8 work days from actual project start.
  • All work is to be performed in conformity with the building’s work schedule and guidelines.
  • All work is to be performed in accordance with industry standards.
  • No new plumbing fixtures to be installed. No new plumbing lines or alterations to any plumbing lines.

Select your tiles and fixtures: We offer a wide selection of high-quality tiles and fixtures to personalize your space. During this step, you can browse the options and choose your favorites.

Step 2 - Claim Your Deal

Sign the agreement: Once you’re happy with our proposal, let’s solidify our partnership! Signing the agreement ensures we’re both on the same page.

Select your project start date: Choose a date that works best for you. We’ll be ready to hit the ground running on that day!

Step 3 - Start Date

Submit required documents: To obtain the official start date for your remodel, kindly submit the necessary documents to your property’s management team for approval. These documents are typically required by your condo or co-op association.
