Step 1 - Walk-Through

Collaborative walkthrough: Before any construction begins, we’ll perform a detailed walkthrough of your space with you. This allows us to understand your vision and ask any clarifying questions.

Design your layout: Together, we’ll meticulously design the layout of your remodel, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your needs and preferences.

Select your tiles and fixtures: We offer a wide selection of cabinetry, high-quality tiles and fixtures to personalize your space. During this step, you can browse the options and choose your favorites.

Step 2 - Claim Your Deal

Sign the agreement: Once you’re happy with our proposal, let’s solidify our partnership! Signing the agreement ensures we’re both on the same page.

Select your project start date: Choose a date that works best for you. We’ll be ready to hit the ground running on that day!

Step 3 - Start Date

Submit required documents: For condo or Co-op owners, we help you submit the necessary documents and COI’s to your property’s management team for approval. For home owners, we provide the required licenses, permits and insurances.
