Scope of Work

Renovation includes: Certificates of Insurance, Workers Compensation, Building Management Limited Alteration Agreement consultation and submittals, Design and Layout services.

Offer is valid for standard kitchens (10’x 10′) or up to 100 square feet. Additional square footage available for purchase for an additional fee, estimate provided prior to start of project.
Demolition includes removal of cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, walls, tiles, backsplash, floor tiles.
Installation includes:
- New cement boards, new walls, waterproofing, and grouting.
- New floor tiles or flooring up to 100 sq.ft., and new wall tiles up to 100 sq.ft.
- New backsplash
Installation of new cabinets and fixtures include:
- Base cabinets, wall cabinets, sink base cabinets, pantry, drawers, hardware
- Sink and Faucet
- Countertops
- Dishwasher
- Undercabinet microwave
Installation of fridge and stove.
Ceiling and Wall Painting.
Demolition, waste removal and disposal services.
Renovation to be completed in approximately 14 work days from actual project start.
All work is to be performed in conformity with the building’s work schedule and guidelines.

Select your tiles and fixtures: We offer a wide selection of cabinetry, high-quality tiles and fixtures to personalize your space. During this step, you can browse the options and choose your favorites.

Step 2 - Claim Your Deal

Sign the agreement: Once you’re happy with our proposal, let’s solidify our partnership! Signing the agreement ensures we’re both on the same page.

Step 3 - Start Date
